We’re looking for a web designer who doesn’t just create beautiful visuals, but builds pages that convert.

The role is primarily focused on designing and optimizing websites and landing pages. You’ll also have the opportunity to work on product teams and application interfaces.

You’ll collaborate closely with development, marketing, and product teams, but the core of the role is design: turning data, user insights, and clear thinking into better user journeys and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Design websites and landing pages with conversion as the top priority

• Build and improve clear, effective user journeys

• Make decisions based on data (we have plenty of it)

• Continuously improve pages: test, analyze, and iterate

• Work closely with developers to bring designs to life

Salary range for this position is 4200-5000 € monthly
