We are looking for a Part-time Social Media Moderator to join our team and take responsibility for customer communication and community engagement across our social media channels. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the customer experience and representing our brand voice.

Key Responsibilities

• Moderate comments and messages across social media platforms

• Respond to customer inquiries quickly and professionally

• Engage in discussions and keep the community active

• Identify customer feedback and relay it to the team

• Handle negative feedback and challenging situations constructively

• Monitor campaign comment sections and participate in discussions

• Track and report social media sentiment to the team

What we expect from you

• Excellent English language skills

• Previous experience in customer service or social media

• Strong communication skills and good judgment

• Ability to handle negative feedback and challenging situations professionally

• Proactive and responsible working style

• Additional languages are considered a strong advantage, especially: German, Polish, Dutch or Spanish
