Kultakiertue is a fast-growing scale-up with operations across the Nordics and Europe. Our custom software is at the core of how we run and scale our business. We’re now looking for a Project Manager (Software) to join the team and help us take our tools and applications to the next level.

Our international teams are headquartered in Helsinki, and we work closely together on-site several days a week.

About the role

You’ll work at the intersection of CTO, software teams, field agents and country managers. You’re technical enough to work closely with developers, but also a strong communicator who enjoys working with users and stakeholders.

This is a hybrid role: we support partial remote work, but expect you to be in our Käpylä, Helsinki office 3–4 days per week to collaborate with the team.

You will:

  • Work as a right hand to the CTO, overseeing custom software development and new application rollouts

  • Talk to field agents and country teams, collect feedback and turn it into clear requests for the software teams

  • Help ship new features and ensure they are understood and adopted by users

  • Report issues, track bugs and follow up until they’re resolved

  • Manage roadmaps and monthly planning with internal and external development teams and CTO

  • Enroll and drive new internal software projects, keeping all stakeholders aligned and onboard

  • Help manage various data requests and internal no-code apps used by our teams

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in product management, project management or a similar role in software

  • Technical knowledge – you understand how software is built and can discuss features, constraints and priorities with developers

  • Previous software development experience is a strong plus

  • Interest or experience with no-code tools and internal workflows is a plus

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills

  • Structured, proactive and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders at once

Languages

  • English – required

  • Finnish – strong plus

  • Other Nordic or European languages are considered a plus
