We’re looking for an experienced and goal-oriented Country Manager to oversee our group’s business operations in Sweden. You’ll be based in Helsinki and report directly to the Group’s Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Role Description

As the Country Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and growing our business in Sweden.

You’ll serve as the key link between the group and the local market, ensuring operations are profitable, efficient, and fully compliant.

Your key responsibilities include:
• Managing all gold purchasing operations in Sweden
• Acting as the main point of contact for the local subcontractor organization and ensuring their smooth operations by removing obstacles and bottlenecks
• Expanding purchasing operations and growing market share
• Monitoring and analyzing market developments to maintain competitiveness
• Ensuring legal compliance and adherence to internal group processes
• Reporting performance and progress to group operations leadership

What We Expect from You

• Proven experience in organizational leadership and strong interpersonal skills
• Solid business understanding and operational competence
• Willingness to travel to Sweden when needed
• Native-level Swedish language skills; Finnish language skills are considered an advantage
• Ability to operate in a fast-changing and regulated business environment
