Country Manager – Norway

Hey Norwegian professional, we need you in Helsinki!

We are looking for an experienced and goal-oriented Country Manager who will be responsible for our group’s operations in Norway. You will work from Helsinki and report directly to the Group’s Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Role Description
As Country Manager, you will lead, develop, and expand the entire business in Norway. You serve as the link between the group and the local market, ensuring that operations are profitable, efficient, and compliant.

Main responsibilities:
• Responsible for gold purchasing activities in Norway
• Act as the main contact for the local subcontractor network and ensure smooth daily work by removing obstacles and bottlenecks
• Expand purchasing activities and increase market share
• Monitor and analyze market development and ensure competitiveness
• Ensure compliance with laws and internal company processes
• Report results and progress to the group’s operational leadership

We expect that you have:
• Experience leading an organization and strong communication skills
• Proven track record of successful business leadership and growth
• Solid business understanding and operational competence
• Willingness to travel to Norway when needed
• Fluency in English and Norwegian
• Ability to work in a fast-changing and regulated business environment
