We’re looking for a versatile web developer with skills in Wordpress and Tailwind but also passion for automations (Zapier, Appscript, Glide, Retool etc). You’ll work closely with our CTO to support lean operations, streamline workflows, and help our backoffice teams to run operations smoothly in Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and beyond. 

Your role

- Support Wordpress and Tailwind based website development 

- Build and maintain automations with Glide, Zapier, Google Sheets (App scripts)

- Monitor data flows across our systems and ensure smooth operations

- Support back-office tasks and internal tooling

- Improve and create new features 

- Collaborate with tech and marketing teams to spot bottlenecks and propose smart  new solutions

What you bring

- Hands-on experience with Zapier, Google Sheets, and/or Apps Script and from mobile app tools such as Glide or Retool

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Familiarity with WordPress and basic web development (js, tailwind) and experience from past similar projects

- A proactive and independent way of working

- Fluent English (Finnish or other Nordic languages are a plus)
