We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Developer to lead the build and scaling of our internal software ecosystem — from driver operations to legal reporting — using Svelte, Node.js, Postgres, and modern frameworks (including migration projects from legacy systems).

Your role

• Develop new features and integrations

• Roll out services in new countries

• Lead migrations from legacy systems to Postgres

• Monitor and optimize workflows

• Contribute to architecture and technology decisions

• Support broader IT and software needs across the company

What you bring

• Proven track record building complex, mobile-first web apps (Svelte/SvelteKit or similar)

• Strong experience in backend and/or frontend development (Node.js, .NET, React, Vue, TypeScript or similar)

• Solid database and integration skills (Postgres, REST APIs, GraphQL, etc.)

• Experience in fast-paced startup environments

• Fluent English (Finnish or other Nordic languages are a plus)
